Honda gets Google Earth

There’s a rumor that Honda will follow in VW’s footsteps: integrating Google Earth for its new feature called “InterNav! Premium Club service”.

Edmunds reports that the service is supposedly only scheduled to be activated in the Japanese market with Honda’s Floating Car Data syste, that will display Google Earth’s satellite mapping technology.

The Honda navigation system will provide users will real time updates of traffic, accidents and other information in the Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka areas.
